I believe this message from popular Nollywood actresses, Aneke Twins, is apt at such a time that we are witnessing too many frivolities and trivialities in marriage. If a husband is beating is wife or the wife is raining abuses on her husband, they could end up separated or divorced faster than they had thought.


In most cases a new person is not the solution. OBARAYE GIST CORNER observed that if the couple can come to their senses before it's too late, they will see the possibility of loving genuinely and living amicably.

Below is Aneke Twins' advise to couples on the way out in marriage:

“If you can understand that there is no alternative to your marriage, you would make it the heaven you desire. Also, if you bear in mind that marriage is not a ‘try your luck’ affair but a lifetime commitment, you would do all it takes to make it work.
“Don’t lose a true person in search of a perfect person because perfection is a fantasy but truth is a reality.”
